Question #1: When will I receive the spell, horoscope analysis and tarot reading?

Answer: For credit card orders - within 24 to 48 hours of your purchase. For checks and orders placed by mail - within 2 to 4 weeks.

Important Notice: Our store hours are Monday to Fridays from 9:00 Am to 7:00 PM eastern standard time.

We are closed on the following days and holidays:

Days ~ Saturdays and Sundays
Christmas Eve/Day ~ December 24 and December 25;
New Years Eve/Day ~ December 31 and January 1;
Employee Days ~ August 16, 17 and 18;
Halloween Celebration ~ October 30 and 31.
Any orders received when our stores are closed will be processed on the
next business day.

Question #2: How will I receive my order?

Answer: You will receive your order by e-mail and we will also send you a letter by regular mail.

It is very important that you provide us at the time of your order with a valid e-mail address. If you have not received your order within 48 hours, please send us an e-mail (to the e-mail address sent to you with your receipt of purchase) with the same information you gave at the time of purchase (Name, Order Number and a valid e-mail address where you wish to receive your order).

If I am casting the spell for you, you will receive an email confirmation after payment and request for more details needed to do your spell.

Question #3: What format will I receive my order in my e-mail (example: as a text file, html, attachment, etc.) ?

Answer: We will send your horoscope analysis and tarot reading as a “pdf” file attachment. This is the simplest and fastest way for you to receive and view your purchase whether you have a PC or a Mac. You will need a separate “viewer” to open your file on your computer. Please make sure you already have the FREE Adobe Acrobat Reader (pdf viewer) already installed on your computer. Click on the image below to get the viewer if you do not already have it on your computer.

Note: We will send you a letter in the mail confirming the receipt of your order and what service we will perform for you. If you prefer NOT to receive this because of privacy issues, please let us know in writting.

Question #4: Do you do the love spell, or do I?

Answer: I used to send the spell instructions by email. But so many clients said they did not feel comfortable or confident in doing the spells - that now I will cast all spells on your behalf.

The only things you will receive by email are horoscopes and/or psychic readings.

 

Question #5: I downloaded Adobe Acrobat Reader (or already have it on my computer) and I still am having difficulties opening my file - what else can I do?

Answer: Make sure that you do have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader (click the image above). If you do, and still are experiencing difficulties, please contact our technical support department e-mail listed when you order (note: it is different from our main page e-mail address). Please state exactly the nature of your viewing problem and we will try to help you.

Question #6: I do not know anything about doing love spells, or believe in any particular deity/religion, can I still do it successfully?

Answer: Yes! All you need to do is follow the instructions, have confidence/faith that it will work (your believing that your wish is possible through the love spell is key, or else there is a strong likelihood of failure), and then follow-up the spell by doing things in the “natural/real” world that will aid the spell in coming true. That means, if you are doing a spell to be more attractive to others, for heavens sake - do things in the physical world that will support the spell (i.e. bathe, groom yourself as attractively as possible, have a pleasant smile and be friendly, go out and be seen - no one will find you if you are always home in front of the TV!, etc…).

Question #7: I still have questions about my love spell, can I write you and ask?

Answer: It depends on the question. We are a small office of psychics (5) who handle all spells and answer e-mail requests. If we deem you are asking a question that is really designed to get “another FREE spell” then we will redirect you to some terrific books that you may wish to purchase - and will not answer your question directly.

However, if your question is legitimately in regards to a spell you received, for example, you do not understand something about the spell (be it ingredients, timing, instructions); then we will do our very best to help you. Again, please do not abuse our service to ask us “20 questions” about nothing!

Question #8: How long will it take to see results?

Answer: Again, it depends. The most important ingredient in a spell is your will power and faith. If you do any spell (whether ours or someone else’s’) as a “game” or believing that it will not work, then it just won’t!

We always remind purchasers that they must do things in the real world that will assist the spell. No one will find you attractive if you do not bathe (for example) and have terribly bad breath - no matter how strong the spell is! You must do the very best to put your best foot forward and help the spell come to pass.

Most spells take at least 60 days to begin seeing results. And remember, magickal results sometimes appear in different ways than you expected! (Example: you did an attraction spell to attract a specific person, but instead are attracting a bunch of new interested lovers - lucky you!) Open your heart and eyes to what the universe is telling you.

Question #9: If the spell does not work within 28 to 60 days, do I have to repeat it?

Answer: No. But you might want to reinforce it by lighting a small votive red candle on Fridays, for example, and asking the Love Goddess or the universe, or God for assistance. Or you may want to try a different spell all together. If things do not turn out the way you expect it to, again, listen to your heart and universe - it may not be the right “season” for what you want!

Question #10: I’d like to do a spell on someone that does not know me, will it work?

Answer: It has been our experience that such magick is a waste of time. Because the person does not know you, they have no way of contacting you or making a connection with you. First try to get to know the person, find out if you really do like them - do not waste magick on someone you might not want to be with! And afterwards, do a simple spell, and see if the results match your desire.

Question #11: Do you offer any guarantees?

Answer: Yes and No. Yes, I guarantee to create the most potent love spell using ancient techniques that have stood the test of time. No, I cannot guarantee that what you want will happen “exactly” the way you desire - or even at all.

But remember, magick alone is not the real answer. You must do everything in your power (in the everyday mundane world) to ensure your own happiness. Let magick do the subtle, unseen work - you do what you can - and together you will achieve the results your heart dreams of!
